Installing FxCop version 10

I failed to install FxCop 10 according to microsoft instructions.

Here is the way that work:

Download and install Microsoft .NET Framework 4
Download and install Microsoft Windows SDK
Using elevated privileges execute FxCopSetup.exe from the %ProgramFiles%\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\v7.1\Bin\FXCop folder
